Jersey sold
for record breaking $80,000! Elite cattle, exceptional
management, and an experienced staff were the combination for the

only crowd in the friendly town of West Union, IA. The sale featured
both Jerseys and Holsteins with a combined average of $5903.91, Jersey
average of $5704 and Holsteins $6297. Llolyn Jude Griffen, well known
for her successful 2004 show season, broke the Jersey breed record for

& Julie Duckett, Dr. Scott Armbust, and Norman Nabholz and was
purchased by Peter Vail, NY, for $80,000. The 2nd high selling Jersey

a Sooner Centurion daughter from Sandy Dale Farm and Norman Nabholz.

Holstein was Willsona Skychief Sally, a consignment from Mike & Julie
Duckett, Peter Vail & Norman Nabholz. Sally was purchased by Norman
Nabholz for $27,000. The second high seller of the Holsteins was BVK
Stormatic Destiny-ET, consigned by Butz-Hill Holsteins & Marvin
Schluter, Hugh Langmaid, VT was the buyer at $24,200.
A tremendous lineup of cattle, outstanding presentation and buyers
